Serge Blanco

The historic brand named after rugby player Serge Blanco, who was born in Caracas on 31 August 1958 to a Basque mother and a Venezuelan father. He is considered the best French rugby player of all time and one of the greatest players in the history of world rugby.

Serge Blanco began his career in 1974 with Biarritz Olympique. A man of one club, he remained faithful to the BO throughout his career. From the 1980s onwards, he was unanimously considered to be the best back in France, if not the world.
